Operations first started with Olive and Tebe counters at department stores including Metrojaya and Parkson in the first year of business. Due to the encouraging response to the natural skincare products from the public, new brands were brought in which led to  the establishment of the first standalone theSkintopic boutique kiosk at Subang Parade in August 2012. The second standalone theSkintopic boutique kiosk opened at Pavilion in September 2012.

Mr. Frederick Loh, Executive Director of theSkintopic said, “At theSkintopic, we strive to provide a range of natural, botanical products manufactured using high quality, premium grade materials sourced from the environment. As consumer awareness increases, the response to skincare products such as our best selling brand, Linden Leaves which contains organically certified White Tea tells us that consumers are willing to spend more to get quality products which are free from parabens, sodium lauryl sulphate and mneral oil.”

He commented on theSkintopic’s future expansion plans, “The encouraging response from our customers has given us the confidence to move forward with our plans to open two additional boutique kiosks before the end of this year, bringing our total points of sale for theSkintopic to five.”
