As the name suggests, Urban Decay’s Lip Love Honey-Infused Lip Therapy contains honey so it’s honey scented and honey flavoured. It also contains Apricot Kernel Seed Oil, Millet Oil, Vitamin C & Jojoba Oil. These ingredients combine to make this lip gloss moisturising.
Lolita is a hot pink shade which goes on very sheer. I don’t know if the scent will agree with everyone but I don’t mind the honey scent and flavour. The opening of the tube is slanted so that it can be easily applied straight on to lips but I dislike applying lip gloss that way.
It does feel slightly sticky but it isn’t a big issue as I’m used to lip gloss of all kinds of textures. However, this lip gloss doesn’t have fantastic staying power, it’s only average and certainly one would need to re-apply after a drink, never mind after consuming food.
Lip Love comes in 5 shades:-
(1) Drizzle -sheer baby pink
(2) Failbait- sheer coral
(3) Lolita – sheer bright pink
(4) Stung – sheer blackberry
(5) Taunt – sheer nude
It’s a nice lip gloss to have if you like the scent and taste of honey in a lip product. It isn’t a pigmented lip gloss but it sure does look good over any shade of lipstick. It is available at all Sephora outlets and is 10ml/RM69.
