Face Of Australia Blush

Every now and then I like to feature a product which has been with me for years and this one has been in my stash for far longer than I can remember because I purchased it at Priceline in Australia and can’t recall if it was in Melbourne or the Gold Coast.

Face of Australia is a drugstore brand available at K Mart, Priceline and Big W. Products are reasonably priced around the range of Maybelline and L’oreal. Their blushers retail at less than AUD10 which is very affordable even when you convert to Ringgit. You get 6g of product which is quite a lot. This pan has lasted me for far longer than I should be using it but I can’t bear to chuck it.

There are only 3 shades available and the one I picked is Terra, a brick shade which looks dark in the pan but is actually not at all scary even on fair skin. The texture is silky and not powdery, it doesn’t cake on skin. It’s not terribly pigmented but I think it’s a lovely shade and texture for the price.

I thought that some Face of Australia products were available at Sasa but that was a few years ago and I haven’t seen them recently. I believe they were the Opulent Eyes Baked Eyeshadows. It’d be nice if they were available in Malaysia as they are good quality drugstore make-up. I’d certainly repurchase this blusher and purchase their other products if they were available here.
